  Great service, reliable quote and repairs. Straight to the point. Will quote and call you back if there are any other issues with your car that could be a headache waiting to happen. The field of experience and wealth of knowledge amongst the staff is first class. I'd put my money on titan any day of the week if they went toe to toe with the major dealership service departments. Icing on the cake is the availability of a curtousy car to still be able to get a round amd not be stuck for a lift.

  Took my car in to get inspected and get given a RWC today and was given false information back as seen in the linked report keeping in mind that my car is white from the factory and they even had my registration papers to prove it. So on the report my car is black, my windscreen wipers need replacing (they are brand new) supposedly my parking lights didn't work however i checked them when i got home and they worked fine and i have leaks which i cant see, my headlining is not roadworthy :/ ? then i asked how much it would be to repair and they come back with a figure to suggest it would cost over $1000. Don't go to these cowboys your going to get ripped off and potentially lose a sale.

  Excellent experience with Titan. They looked after my son with solid advice on his old clunker so I decided to try them. Quoted price for the service was about 1/4 of the dealer price. Loan car provided at no cost. Issues found with the vehicle for repair were reported honestly and with the appropriate urgency attached. car was ready on time. Very Happy and will be back. What a relief to find a good mechanic!
